How the ticket exchange works

Diaspora-curated bulletin board. FIFA handles the transfer.

The rules

  1. Tickets transfer on FIFA's official Resale/Exchange Marketplace only. FIFA can void any ticket detected on unauthorized resale at the gate, with no refund.
  2. GM never handles payments. No Cash App, no Zelle, no Venmo, no crypto, no wires. Anyone asking for those is a scammer.
  3. Face value. FIFA Exchange uses face value. We never display prices on listings.
  4. Mobile-only tickets. 2026 tickets are app-only — no PDFs, no screenshots. Anyone selling paper or PDF tickets is a scammer.
  5. Verified posters. Email-verified posters only. Logged-in GM members are auto-verified and tagged with a "GM member" badge.
  6. Reports + auto-hide. Two reports auto-hides a listing pending staff review.

If a listing fails to scan at the gate

Go immediately to Ticket Resolution Points near the entry gates or the Stadium Ticket Office. More on the Travel page →

If you spot a scam

Hit the "Report this listing" button on any listing. Two reports auto-hides it. Pattern detection (Telegram / Cash App / fake-FIFA domains) auto-flags listings during the AI moderation pass every 15 minutes.
